We make our products “The Sincere Way”, in small batches overseen by master confectioners. We use only pure cane sugar, fresh cream, vanilla extract and other superior ingredients that have stood the test of nearly a century of consumer scrutiny.
We make our chocolate-covered creams from scratch, starting in copper kettles and ending in a chocolate waterfall to immerse the candies in the grandest velvety chocolate. Our fruits and nuts are hand-selected. Many of our candies are hand-dipped. The intimate supervision of the confectioner results in a chocolate that provides you an unparalleled sensory experience.
Also made in small batches, our ice cream is considered “French” due to the egg yolk content producing a richer flavor. Our pints are hand-packed ensuring that you receive a solid pound of rich, dense, delicious product.
